This is nari shinso. her quirk is Mind Shock. description-She can paralyze her opponents minds for 30 mins or she could tell your body what to do. she does this by sending a zap through your body. weakness- she becomes dumb like denki.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
