Project JoaCo 1: v1.3
Least original of the series, the office pretty much just has the FNaF 1 mechanics.
Gaston and Tisi are just Bonnie and Chica.
I feel that Lucas taking away 3% of your power (4% in Insane Mode) is a bit unfair, since there's no way to really stop him from getting to the door to my knowledge.
JoaCo taking away some of your power when you close the door on him WOULD be fair, if it weren't for the fact that he appears at the door when I'm keeping it closed to deal with someone else, and he takes away my power anyway.
Also, the fact that the temperature has an effect on him isn't even mentioned until Insane Mode, like wha?
Speaking of the temperature, there's pretty much no reason to turn off the AC other than to affect JoaCo's behavior, which again, the game doesn't even tell you. Like, maybe it could decrease power usage or something?
No complaints with Leandro OR Shadow JoaCo, other than the fact that SJ's mechanic of appearing in the office is eh due to the cameras being pretty much useless until Mister Night. SPEAKING OF WHOM...
Mister has two mechanics: He will display a sign on the cameras, and you will have to close either the left or right door. Seems like the cameras finally have a purpose, right? Well, his second mechanic is the same as SJ's first, appearing in the office when the camera is flipped down. Only problem is that when he's decided he wants to do that, he stops going to the doors. You can straight up just ignore him for the entire night if you close both doors, wait until he stops knocking, and just open them back up without getting on the cameras... like, at all. Meaning, you guessed it, the cameras are pretty much still kinda useless! Like, I feel like a light flicker in the office which has him and SJ can appear without the need of the cameras could fix this, but for now, das some tasty cheese. (Also, I just found out he doesn't even kill you when he appears in the office, like what?)
Now onto Insane Mode, Spooky is sorta broken, even if I flip up the camera he still jump-scares me. (Not that the cameras are needed anyway, since y'know.)
JoaSans Soul is easily cheesed with fullscreen. FULLSCREEN.
Also, I haven't seen anyone beat v1.3 Insane Mode without some exploit or whatever, so there's that.
Project JoaCo 2: Ultimate Update: v1.2.3
Yeah, when I said every game, I meant every game. Expect this to be looooong.
But not too long, since I don't really have many problems with this version of the game, other than the lack of tutorials, the tips being randomized and a lot of the time not even relevant to the current night, and the errors making the later nights very RNG heavy. But other than that, I got nothin.
Five Nights at JoaCo's 3: The End: v1.1
Again, there isn't a lot with this one, other than Tisi's secondary mechanic making his primary pointless, the Night Six tutorial being a bit vague from what I can remember, and the main character's name being Rachel despite them being a dude.
Five Nights at JoaCo's 4: The Beginning of the Nightmare: v1.0.999...
Dark mode is almost impossible, due to the ONLY way you can see whether Titi's eyes are glowing or not is shining the light on him, which half of the time gets you killed. Other than that, I got nothin again.
Five Nights at Sonic's: Reanimated: 2022: v1.0.4
Yes, I'm counting this as a JoaCo's game.
...Actually, not much to say about this one either. Just gimme some tutorials and we'll be chill. Also maybe an extras menu so that I can actually know those bozos’ names. (And I WANT to say that Night Six is RNG Based, but I'm not actually sure so pfbt.)
Okay, I'm done. Again, just because I listed these games' flaws does NOT mean I hate them, Dis_Pop, or anyone else who worked on the games. Just wanted to get this out there and off my chest.
Also, before anyone says "skill issue" or "git gud", maybe look at my trophy case.
