This seed is way too wrong!

I may have found one of the best seeds: -1999. It has a crazy item vending machine on floor 1 and it is really easy to beat it, which means it might be the easiest seed in the game.

This seed contains The Test, Dr. Reflex, and Mrs. Pomp

Can Somebody tell me how this happened. I need to know
