So one day I went on to SADX and went to see my file contain the date on last played to be '-2000/00/00' (though it had said I just got the Hedgehog Hammer upgrade which I did) but I thought it to be a simple glitch and went on to the file. I had realised I could not play as any characters (including sonic) and I've spent a week trying to fix it. I tried to give Steam admin control but it wouldn't work so I had to remove those permissions to finally get Steam running again. I think I have turned off UAC as well and that doesn't help. Could anyone please help? I'd be extremely grateful, I don't want to lose my Chao save data and my progress past the Final Story. Thanks!
