Tilesets fixing and improving

MegaBite Dev Update

This week I’ve been working on fixing and improving the first level tilesets, aka the Diner dining area. The tile is around 80% done, until now I’ve been working on Pyxel Edit to make it look as close as I want the final game to look like before exporting it to RPG Maker.

(Lighting I want to add but need to learn how to do so first)

I want to add more stuff in the bar area, like a soda dispenser, a milkshake blender, dirty plates n food.

For the rest of the dining area, I realized everything looked too organized and clean, I want to add some flip tables and broken stuff.

We are under attack!

Shoobies leave a sticky trail of mucus in their wake, which can impede movement for any creature that steps in it.

We made a lot of improvements on the Freezing Plains visual. Things like pine trees, tiny bushes, some rocks, and others game props!

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

My D&D art for my family so far (WIP if you couldn't tell)
