In battle RP's I sometimes make my characters lose despite knowing how to counter the opponent's attack. I do this because:
1. I feel bad.
2. I feel like their attack is creative so I don't wanna counter it.
Or 3. I'm afraid that my counter could be seen as godmoding.
Imagine Luna saying this: Pal, I'm going to kill you, and I know the rulers of hell. I have no idea if I'm on good terms with them but anyways. I will do everything in my power to make you suffer in the depths below.
