I’ve created an entire lore about this:

This is an alternate timeline of the Teletubbies where the food machines stopped working. Because of an error that the Teletubbies committed while trying to fix them, things got worse and the machines eventually broke down permanently.

After that, two of the Teletubbies (Dipsy and Po) started arguing due to some disagreements.

As time passed, Dipsy, Po, and Tinky Winky began to feel hungry. However, Laa Laa did not, as she found some tubby custard somewhere in Tubbyland.

Eventually, Po and Dipsy’s arguing turned into violence, driven by their hunger and loss of sanity. Tinky Winky was also in a similar state but had more self-control. However, because of this, Po and Dipsy attacked him. Tinky Winky survived but suffered some injuries (more noticeable on the face).

Later, Tinky Winky started feeling extremely hungry. While walking through Tubbyland, he came across Laa Laa, who looked confused and scared. Tinky Winky was on the verge of losing his sanity, just like Dipsy and Po. He wanted to kill and eat Laa Laa to survive, but he also didn’t want to kill her because he still saw her as his family, so he started having and internal struggle while having an almost expressionless face, Laa Laa noticed him and got a startled because of how he looks, but she stayed still because of the shock.
