Also I'll using the Classic episodes as evidence because The Noedolekcin Archives is going to be rebooted.

As always SPOILERS AHEAD.

ANYWAYS..... Here we go.

In The Noedolekcin Archives, Strange Nicktoons Anomaly (2007),we learn that Jenica Avery Wakeman (A high schooler who was attacked and murdered by Kirk) was trapped inside of Jenny from My Life As A Teenage Robot and she wants to see her mom again.

As we can tell from her screams that Kirk has been hurting her for 9 years. BUT there is evidence that she not only probably had to deal with Kirk but a false mother.....

This is Nora. A character from My Life As A Teenage Robot. She created Jenny and is her mother (in the show). I think Kirk Odd is controlling her making her a false mother which is another reason why Jenica is missing her real mom more. How else would Jenica have a worse experience being trapped in television hell?

Is there evidence behind this?

ABSOLUTELY.......

Kirk can make characters fall under his control. We seen this similarly with Jr who Sesmio confirmed to conscious because Kirk gave conscious to Jr just to mess with her. This also seen similarly with Double D in Victims.mp4.

Nora is a pawn in tormenting Jenica as well as Kirk. Nora acts nice to her in the show just so Kirk can gain her trust. Of course this means Kirk will be able to hurt her more and more.

As mentioned on the Villain Fanon Wiki for Kirk Odd (it has been updated due to the reboot but there's a lot of evidence still that would help) that he's a Malefic and he has done Psychological Torture and Mind Manipulation. Also the type of villain he is is a Sadistic Mind-Breaker. So he could CLEARLY use Nora as a pawn for Jenica.

One more thing I'd like to mention is this:

Jenica's mother in the mid-2000s got angry at Nickelodeon for airing a lost episode. Kirk Odd can manipulate TV Shows to his will, which further implies that Nora was also being manipulated by Kirk. Jenica's mother cares about her own while the brainwashed Nora doesn't. The Lost Episode hijackings can change cartoons a lot. Even the souls that are possessed by certain Nicktoons. But it all part Kirk's plan to dominate the world.

So Kirk is controlling Nora Wakeman to get trust in Jenica to make her life an even bigger mess than it already is.

I know there wasn't much evidence to back up this theory but I was trying to piece things together. Also I never seen really watched MLAATR before and yes I'm aware Nora is not in TNA but she could be. I was going based off what I know so far about MLAATR and TNA. It's highly possible that this COULD happen and you never know what Kirk could be doing.
