To play online, Download an app called parsec and set yourself up in the arcade,
also to do vs cpu go to vs choose chars and if you are player 1 do ctrl+2 for cpu to control player 2 and it goes for the other way as well

To do CPU vs CPU battles go to versus and select your char on p1 or p2, then if you're p1 press ctrl+2 for CPU control p2 on match start, and if you're playing as p2 on match start do ctrl+1 for CPU control 1
