Today I'm going to re-draw Charles the clown! Charles the clown is the first clown I ever made/drew! And Charles is wanted in 55 country's and wanted for: kidnapping, arson, shooting at innocent civilians, and the reason why Billy is dead!


And he is sparkles brother! He is such a goofy little guy!
