Today it is a special day in my country, Portugal, because it is 25 of April, Liberty Day, when Portugal became free from the dictatorship and the censorship ended.

I'm not really sure what this is supposed to be. I haven't drawn for a while so returning to it is always nice.
Just a random thought but I might have predicted some things that appear in Cuphead's DLC when I was making a joke fangame with very poor quality in March, but what did I coincidentally predict exactly?
