As I promised, Noel got a redesign for Recall_Of_Void. He's based of Scarecrow from Arkham Knight.
A short talk about his lore in Recall_Of_Void:
Basically he got into a fight with Berserker and as a result got his mouth sliced open. He somehow survived and was dragged into Paper School's basement by Edward where he was experimented on and turned into a super soilder that uses gas that causes a person to have hallucinations.
Will he be apart of the lore or just an OC that just exists there Idk.
