If you flip your monitor up there's a chance (the higher the dificulty, the more more the chance it is, like, in 1 AI he would have a 1/50 to appear, and in 20 a 1/3) that you hear a "[Beep] Now" in a deep voice and also very loudly. If you hear that, put the mask on, when he has left you'll see his face in a poster placed somewhere in your office, that's the signal of him leaving (that will dissapear as soon as you flip the monitor on).
If he comes 15 times in a row, he will straight appear in your office the 16th time (without making any noise) and he'll insta kill (since its impossible to get 20 times in a row, if you ever get it you are either lucky in bad or good way or just doing something so I don't trust you)
If you death coin him at level 1 he dissapears for 2 hours before returning because he needs "[Beep] now"
