Around the end of 2021 I saw a masterpiece of a music video, where there was a gal with the similar iconic triangular coat to what Truddy wears, and yielding a Keytar. I am obviously talking about the super famous Elektronik Supersonik

So then I told myself, if I ever redesign Truddy I would give her these sunglasses because it gives an extra amount of #Swag

Then I started making these punkish looks, and it went from this:

To just normal transparent glasses like so (as I wanted to work on a small side project where she had a more corporate look):

So I kept them in the end. I'm not a professional in this field as I fortunately never had to deal with glasses myself, but I overall got interested in more advanced character design and this is an extra interesting design element. Eyewear gives some sort of framing to the face and can accentuate expressions, personalities?

I made them round af because it's the easiest to draw, looks the "smartest", and it's the design that interferes the less with the face.
