The Theory: You see, the Kiom spawn is just a picture of one of the developers or a random guy, He is badly drawn picture and has a dangerous range attack but something's off, it looks like someone is behind him...?

But some of you may think, why is the Kiom spawn Cheems in a different colour? That's because he is an older version and the OG Cheems! Theory solved, That's all folks!
