Added Death Coin indicator to Shadow Freddy.
Made the Death Coin indicator look better.
Added the Death Coin indicator to Golden Freddy when the point value is at 10.
Made it so that clicking on the doors to close them is disabled in 66/20 mode to make it slightly easier.
