Undertale Echoes - Post n°2 | Progress

Salutations.

I have finally assembled the storyline of how the game should start, and with it I began with basic sprite assets that will be combined to make a scenario.

The next post should show way more progress than this, since this is just "a little something" to show.

Of course, Undertale wouldn't be Undertale without the first area of the Underground we encounter, The Ruins.

Similar to Undertale Yellow's Dark Ruins (Not really, but It's an example to get yourself the idea) the first area you'll explore will look devastated, since the whole world you're at is fragmented, and that's slowly decaded, so there will be different variants of every object you'll see around.

Overworld Sprites progress

I'm still not fully satisfied with some results due to one fact: doing side sprites is my weakness. I'm not a professional, but everything I do is based on trial and error. I've done Duska's side and back sprites. The results looks decent tho!

That's pretty much it for now. I'll try to show a ton of progress next time, I just try to do things slow.

Shadow The Hedgehog X pixel art

I was bored, so... ManutKat.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.

A Shiny Mega Gengar 🌟 For @ManutkArt 's #ThreeColorsChallenge!

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.

Rockin the Guitar, an Axe like Guitar I made for my Uni project

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)
