Unpopular opinion BUT I believe Sans's ability is somewhat that we don't have invincibility frames after taking damage during his battle, whereas KARMA is a normal effect against any when you're over level 19.
It still should make matters worse.
Now, I'm not saying Sans could kill you in an instant without KARMA but that his ability is something like that. With KARMA it makes you have no invincibility frames but normally who knows?
Maybe it would just heavily shorten the ammount of invincibility frames?
I think so personally.
It still is a good ability that hardens a battle, you can much more easily take damage twice during a single attack when without KARMA if it's as I speculate.
Honestly I think I like every version of Hades I've seen so far
