Blue hill zone uses the color palette from conic 1
Reason: tried porting BHZ act 1 (conic 1) to a unused level that used the same palette as BHZ (conic 2)

The routine to get the tail sprites was removed as a result
Here i changed the head to that of the walking head since the original happened to be a leftover from an early build (no im not joking)
