Unused Place on Map:
The Bread shop was used to buy bread, and then give it to the dog, but I decided, it's better dog food, but I didn't wanted to delete this place, so I decided that the lost car toy could be in there, but then I decided it to be in the shop! leaving it unused
Unused Getting the Car Toy Method:
Yeah... The shop wasn't a good place for the car toy, so I decided that you have to make a new one!, (first screenshot)
Unused Places:
The Shop was suppose to be a full place, not just 1-time place
There was a unused upstairs in Diego's House, but then, I decided to delete it, Also, the object that was there was changed to appear in the living room:

Lastly I wanna talk about the old inventory:
The old inventory was buggy, it couldn't delete the item that you used it, but it was remove, ah, the older one was worst, you could literally complete the game in an area which isn't suppose to be completed:
