Since you do a lot of story-based progression, sometimes it may never feel like enough time to utilize the below-explained "Friendship System." For that reason, I added a mechanic that lets you return to this scene during free roam to allow you to build these relationships.
The Relationship System allows you to talk to one of the other members in the party and increase your Relationship Level with them via either talking to them or challenging them to a sparring match (for now the only two options). As you increase in Relationship Level, you'll gain new perks for the party (increased gold, exp, etc) and even the ability to unlock Unison Skills.
Unison Skills and Unison Assaults:
Unison Skills: Skills in which two party members with a high enough Relationship Level use their abilities in unison, causing unique effects.
Unison Assaults: As the Party's Teamwork Level increases, they will unlock Unison Assaults, in which they all work together to unleash a devastating assault and deal tons of damage to all enemies.
Preemptive Rush is activated once the player presses the "Q" key. Once colliding with an on-map enemy, they will be taken to the battle, where they will have increased AGI throughout the battle.
Skill Learn allows the player to unlock new skills and spells via Technique Points.
