UPDATE 0.2.1 IS OUT NOW!

IMPROVEMENTS:

  • Nerfed Sonic chase level (ghost Sonic's speed lowered so it's easier to escape, now you don't have to run at MAX SPEED)

  • Buffed Tails' level: Added a mini task to continue the level, added ghost Sonic at the red springs part

  • Changed text in Eggman's level

  • All levels are playable (you don't have to save a character in order to play the rest levels)

  • Impossible to die/reach 0 lives at all levels (except the 1st green hill stage)

  • Nerfed Eggman boss battle in Hidden Palace Zone (no more huge ball) and enhanced Hidden Palace gameplay.

  • Some extra details on HUD and movement at specific parts

    FIXES:

  • Fixed the issue where no sounds were playing (all sounds play and switch with each other normally)

  • Title screen error solved (You can now proceed to the game LOL)

  • Fixed Eggman's sprites

A small error: Somehow spindash was disabled. I don't know how the heck this happened, but you can't spindash AT ALL. It's not a big deal anyways, The original Sonic 1 didn't use to have this feature at first place.

"The Corruption" was a too general and overused title, so I decided to change it to "Phantom Corruption", which is also more straight to the topic.

Since some people already liked the game, then I decided why not improve it?
