Fixed bug that you cannot achieve level complete achievements and unable to play level1.
you can now “escape” from levels selection to menu.

Now if you arent logged in you cant get achievements and wont see the popup

level 3 is now harder.
Deleted not necessary files to make files size smaller.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
