Hello and Happy New Year! Hoping to all that your 2025 is going great so far. Or at least better than last year.
Speaking of years, have you seen the latest post for Mario Reimagined: Other Stories?
Oh, how Time Flies... Yet, days can last all the same.
Remember these little guys from the video? Here's a better look of them and their drawn concept. I haven't exactly come up with a name for them yet. Ghoulmba perhaps? I kinda like the feel of it, or at least using the word ghoul in there somewhere. Idea by my pal, Willisaclown. He did the music for Prologue, by the way! Go follow him if you haven't already.
In other news, my good friend Caramellow recently became a writer for Mario Reimagined. He's great at what he does and I'm more than happy he could encapsulate that Mario charm and whimsy into this precious little world.
If you thought this was funny, you should check out his Horrorbrew by the name of Starman! Taking place in the Super Show. Thought I'd give him a shout out since he's been with me since Day 1.
Moving on, we've got some great progress with scripting, writing and setting the stage for the next demo. The game has gone through loads of changes, especially ever since it's first concept in 2022. But for what we have now, our ideas are set in stone. Especially with how we're truly going to introduce Mario and his friends to you in full.
Norman has been polishing up the game's movement so things can run squeaky clean (say thank you to Norman!!!). Also if you didn't know already, those who had those visual glitches before shouldn't be present when you download the new demo once that arrives.
Speaking of the demo. It's almost been a year since that's released. Kinda crazy, huh?
I can't thank you all enough for the support you all have given this game. It means the world to me, much more than you think. I really mean that. Thank you!
