Its out! Here is the final change list:

Bonnies AI has been Adjusted so he can no longer teleport across the building
Changed some balancing
Added new camera effects that can be turned off or on on the main menu
Small graphical changes to help polish up the game
New phone calls
Bug fixes
Added a few secrets ;)
And yes, more boopable noses
