the full 2.0 update has been released here is what was changed
-Visual Overhaul
-tweaked and balanced worker pay
-added in a new speech
- added in Day Management system
-added water cooler upgrades
-added the ability to see how much money is required to pay employees
-various bug fixes
Update 2.2.0 adds a bunch of new content as well as fixing up many errors from the previous build
