Learned during Chapter 2 at level 9.
Drains up to a quarter of the enemy's maximum MP.
Works best on bosses. (naturally because bosses have higher MP)

Just letting you all know that I'm starting college classes today and as a result I will not have as much time to work on my games. However, I will also take this time to announce that I now have a Patreon page.
