Major features:
- Chica - an entirely new animatronic with tons of original mechanics that'll keep you interested for a good bit :p
- Walls and floors redesign
- Huge UI design overhaul - making everything UI look nicer and slickier :p
- New posters stating which room you are in

- Freddy rebalance:
* Showtime makes you laugh only 2 times, and stays on for much longer, at a cost of having a little bit smaller speedboost (still over Bonnie's base speed)
* Torreador has a hugely decreased hearability range
* Freddy's primary balance now expects him to two-hit

- Bonnie nerf:
* Bonnie will now get an "error after killing someone" for the same duration as Freddy (was shorter)

- Console big rework and cleanup
- Lifts now teleport items inside them

Minor features/bugfixes:
- Fixed a bug wherein the round would often not end when someone left midway
- Fixed the earrape-ish lifts playing sometimes at round restart
- And a ton of other, smaller bugfixes.

Known issues:
- This is very dumb of me, but I left out the noclip spectator mode on, which was on only for testing purposes. Expect a patch tommorow, with a usual spectator [already fixed in patch 3.0.1]
