Update build 0.2.3

Changelog:

-In desktop builds mouse cursor should be disabled even if windowed so no more cursor escaping the window making the game unplayable.
-Added WebGL build back
-Added an Xbox Controller image at the start as a hint(You can play with either a XBONE or a 360 controller!)

Only some small fixes for now, in the web build I recommend full screening the game or playing with a controller, even though the issue should be fixed, in my case my browser asked before disabling the cursor, so once the game starts if it asks to disabled the cursor, allow it and it should work, if not just click the blue full screen button down-right the screen.

We’ll be adding extra content and fixing some features that didn’t work as expected soon! (Also decent main/pause menus and buttons XD).
