Hey everyone how are you doing

I've kind of just been having some sort of paranoia ever since I left surgery and I don't know how to get rid of it. Weird part is it's my third surgery and this has never ever happened beforeand I don't know how to get rid of it, I don't know what's going on with myself, I'm just scared of doing anything thinking something will happen...s is also why I'm just no not making sense most of the timeaand I'm tired again...
