Update on Act 1


Hey! It’s been a while, so, let me quickly fill you in on what’s been going on behind the curtain.

Act 1 is very much on the verge of completion, but we’ve hit some road blocks lately that we’re currently tackling.

The voice of Xander you’ve heard in the demo had to step down from the role due to varying reasons (he might return as someone else!) and we’ve been in the process of reincorporating the dialogue with freshly recorded takes by his understudy.

The composer of the game, Nanashima, also had to take a break due to work-related stress and thus we’ve been also been consulting other artists to get music sorted out.

Lastly, we had to replace a few assets and lighting systems, but all-in-all, the game looks hella prettier than it did before.

Mainly, I’d place Act 1 at a completion rate of 87%. We just got some hurdles to deal with, but I assure you - it’s still coming along great. We have no intention to quit now.

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?
