Update on team applications.
This will be a rather quick and direct announcement.
We're removing the entire contributor/volunteer system. There's no real point when all the team members are gonna be volunteers anyway.
Also, the new minimum age to apply is now 15. I don't see a point to restricting the team to adults only when we're not making a NSFW project.
