So it’s been awhile since I’ve made any direct news about the game (besides cryptic teasers and some name drops), so it’s about time I let you all know how the game is going.
Development isn’t going as bad as I originally anticipated (what with having to learn how Clickteam works), though I have been a bit slow with work on it. Currently the game has a functioning prototype, with the AI for some of the more important animatronics nearly finalized. I still have some extra pathing to add to one of them in particular, but with with any luck everything will be ready for night 1 and I can focus on adding new elements to the mix.
As for a release date, I don’t have any set in stone. Much akin to Scott Cawthon, I have a bad case of releasing things before dates I set. I can promise though that the first few nights should be ready for their own release within the next few months… or month… guess that depends on how well the rest of the bots are to work with.
