Fixed a ton of things:
The cutscenes can now be skipped!
Improved gameplay + speed.
A few tweaks.
Changes on the chase scene to be more fair.

To start things off with this page. Here is a concept for one of scenes.
Yesterday I've at one point made a Mania-equse animation of the Sonic 1 Title Screen... However I've not mania-ify the graphics as of yet but this is for something to practice with smooth animating.
