Fixed the bug where if 2 anomalies are being fixed at the same time, it doesn't decrease the active anomaly counter. (Only if one of the anomaly has a report failed)

I decided to work on the Burger shop 3 Dandy’s world pack mod. So far, I got 15/29 customers done. I still need to do backgrounds for each restaurants as well.
In the meantime, I'm making these projects that you all can go and remix it.
