Fixed bug in phase 7 where slashes can't kill you in full game runs.
Added another easter egg.
Fixed issues with menuing.
Fixed repeated attack lengths.
Fixed completion and achievement checks.
Corrected hitboxes.
Fixed bug with revives in phase 4.
Added audio sliders.
Big shots now go through attacks.
More cutscenes are skippable.
