v1.3 Released!

I finally felt the need to update the game after all this time. This update wasn't easy for multiple reasons. These multiple reasons are also why it took so long for me to want to even TRY an update.

Reason A: The usb drive I used to store the game and its many files broke, and I am yet to get it repaired.

Reason B: I had planned for a free expansion to the game, and the only version of the game I had was the one with the unfinished, cancelled expansion content on it.

The expansion was called TNW (That Never Was). It aimed to add content I had abandoned over the years of trying to make this game. I would've added an entire extra game worth of content, though never got finished due to burning out.

I would consider this version of the game somewhat unpredictable. Though nothing jumped out at me, I had to do a lot of fixes to remove the bulk of expansion content and make the game playable. Now... what changed?

- enabled dashing while facing a wall as long as you're on a shockrock.

- updated volcano level graphics.

- increased squid health.

- added... something secret.

- added a falling snow visual in later sections of the candy level.

- added new window titles.

- modified the forest level slightly

Yeah, it's not much, but I'm happy to at least be able to update the game, now. If you encounter any bugs, let me know!

if... you even... play the game...!

Happy Valentines Day, everyone!

As I grow closer to completing the first world of the game, it becomes harder to find the energy to work on it more. I've been sucked into other games, and my own lack of energy. Let's hope I can going on it.
