v1.7.11 - Save bug and more options

Because while everybody is stuck at home seems like a good time to update...even if it is just a few tiny details.

A few scenes added from the endgame optionals as regular optionals...because why not...


Bugs/Minor Changes:

-Bug found by @Jack_borg : Apparently..."Change Save Access: Disable" prevents saving even when you force open the saving menu (instead of just blocking you from opening it in the main menu, like I thought it did).

--To counter this, the Autosave/Save Prompt common event now starts with "Change Save Access: Enable".

--To further counter this, save disabling is now handled by another common event that explicitly states that saving is disabled on that particular map...why I thought everybody would read the detailed devlogs of updates past...IDK...

Rachel's Breakdown:

-"Sober Rachel" option added to normal playthroughs (endgame version has different final scene).

-"After orgy" scene added where it logically goes as an optional scene.

-The extended scene of Sarah getting a call from Blake is now optional rather than endgame only (with significant variation depending on Rachel getting drunk/staying sober).
