Shortened the range of time the plushie animatronics can take to spawn
Adjusted Happy Frogs movement timer
Made redirecting the heater slow down Rockstar Freddy slightly less
Sped up the rate at which the Broom Closets tape player rewinds
Added a check that makes Nightmare Chica slower until you see her enter the office
