hard mode toy yoshi's kill timer is a second shorter, but now increases by ~1.5s when spotted with the camera's flashlight

added a small grace period (about 0.2s) where moving/using cams won't anger taingle

taingle can no longer attack while golden sonic is doing his camera attack, and vice versa with taingle stalling golden sonic's attack

withered yoshi's office kill timer has been slightly raised to 0.5s
