[even more background knowledge for people who don't play ULC]

Fell Frisk has the highest movement speed in the Chara team and, paired with something like Integrity Soul, the longer you go without taking damage, the faster you will move & the higher your regular jump will become (up to a certain limit) and has a double jump (it has a cooldown)

Fell Sans does around 60-DMG (i forgot, but it's roughly around that much dmg for his blasters, there's something about KR dmg too, but you can get an idea of how he can be to fight. He isn't impossible to kill, just really annoying.)
