I am always bothered by the way Vampira's eyebrows were done in Ed Wood.

Look at the queen of darkness, her eyebrows were bold and striking!

The waist isn't small enough and the hair is too long. XD

Vampira will always be the world's first TV Goth. Elvira basically stole her act. Nothing against Elvira, but Maila's history as Vampira was mostly destroyed out of neglect, and Hollywood treated her like dirt. Her dedication to the character, craft, Goth and Punk subcultures will never be forgotten. <3

She was a talented dancer and beautiful model and actress. She had a hard life, and she was hurt by people.

This is when she was assaulted, and she still bravely took a photo modeling in a strong pose.

This is when she suffered burns from an incident.

She maintained that killer small waist years after, hoping to have Vampira on a show again. Unfortunately, that never happened. :(
