Vannamelon Adventure: From Early Stages to Now!

It’s amazing to look back at the journey Vannamelon Adventure has taken! From its humble beginnings to where it is now, the progress has been huge. Check out these screenshots to see how far we’ve come!

Old Progress: You’ll see some of the earlier versions of the game. While it had potential, the designs and mechanics were a work in progress.

Current Version: Now look at where we are! With updated art, smoother mechanics, and better overall polish, Vannamelon Adventure is shaping up to be something special.

It’s been an incredible ride, and we’re not done yet! We’ve still got a lot to do, but I couldn’t be more proud of how far the game has come.

Swipe through the images and let us know what you think about the evolution of the game so far!

In the end, a hand reached out

Sometimes the suction cup get sticky. Small animation I made in Blender after doing my tutorial on picking up/dropping objects in animations. Crate model by jQueary (https://sketchfab.com/3d-models/game-ready-sci-fi-crate-d98deca6…).

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

A house I've built a while ago. :)

It nicely separates the snowy biome from the grassy one.

It's built with painted Ebonstone.
