Another weekend come and gone. Spent a great deal of my time today flushing out a number of things in the game; mostly for the designs of the three other playable characters. They haven’t been programmed in, but you’ll see then with you at the spawn in this build demo. I hope you like them and be sure to comment and let me know what you think of their designs.
New Features:
Detection adjusted. No longer works through platforms.
Primary and secondary gadgets added for Spy #1, being “Smoke Bomb” and “Rocket Boots”. Press “S” to throw a smoke bomb to block enemy lines of sight. Press “D” while in mid-air to perform a single mid-air jump. Gadgets will be seeing more intigrations as time goes on.
Lasers added. Touching them will set off an alarm. Will break and allow temporary passage if blocked by enemies or items (like crates). Can be hacked as well so they will then ignore the player.
Trap Doors added. Will retract if an alarm sounds. If hacked, will ignore alarms. Act as normal platforms otherwise.
Added Crates. Can be pushed by the player. Can be hidden behind. Will break if dropped from a height. Can knock out enemies and the player (Player death not programmed). Cannot be passed through.
Camera alarm triggering changed. Will not re-alert enemies of the player once an alarm has sounded.
Other minor tweaks may be noticeable.
