Version 0.17.0: Shopping (sorta)

In this week’s update you will find these thingies (technical term) generating around your worlds. They’re basically miniature stores where you can buy vehicles. I plan on making these the primary way to buy stuff in future versions.

You can also spawn vehicles without needing to pay for them by using the /spawn command.

This is intended to encourage exploration for when worlds get more interesting. It’s still a work in progress, and right now the only type of vehicle it can spawn is the original Car-y. Clever naming skills, I know.

Nest week I plan on fixing bugs and expanding the functionality of these new “thingies”, and if I have time I might try to add player names and/or custom skins.

Don't you hate it when trees grow on your trees? Found a weird bug today. The only tree in the whole world that grew on another tree. Just thought I’d share.

The GIF This is what the thumbnail GIF was supposed to look like. It was too large and wouldn’t load fast enough so I had to trim it. :/

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!
