Version 0.2.1


So I decided on the name Dignhack, mostly because it consists of 8 characters. And a new distribution is out, where gameplay makes somewhat more sense! These are the changes:

  • Wrote a readme file and added quick keyboard help.

  • Added the troll, an enemy that can dig.

  • Added archery!

  • Traps and arrows can now be made from gold (don’t complain about the non-realism!).

  • The stat/levelling system works OK now. With some practice, players should be able to get far (although the game is still perpetual).

  • Some graphical bugfixes
