Developer improvements

-Added developer commentary (for circus game mode)
-Added the Kevin Borf back into the developer commentary
-Added achievements (steam only)
-Added “blue” in the reward tab
-Added fun facts on the loading screen (concept art)
-Added a link (to my Twitter) if you click on my kevin picture (title screen)
-Added a new character into “shoot the freak”!
-Improved the setting screen
-Made minor changes to certain frames run a bit smoother. (Removed old coding from version 0.3.5)
