Rebuild the Main Menu UI
Optimized all codes of the project
Implemented languages manager, Portuguese and English
Fix about the balloon of history appearing each time on restart the level, now it appear just once.

Implementado o gerenciamento de idiomas, Português e Inglês
Corrigido o balão de história aparecendo a cada vez na reinicialização do level, agora aparece somente uma vez.
