Added the title cards, checkpoints and monitors from Sonic & Knuckles, too!

Some updates on the title screen! Added the option to choose between SONIC or KNUCKLES and added controller compatibility.

As a bonus for downloading, I added the GUI from Sonic & Knuckles into the engine!
