Another attempt at fixing the crashing and lag. Maybe it'll work.
Made it so the power generator will keep the usage bar at the same level as it was shown without power generator on to mimic how it worked in the original UCN.
Fixed the problem where there always was atleast 1 bar of usage no matter what.
